House Cleaning in Pensacola & Cantonment

A standard clean should still feel like someone paid attention. Ours does — because we plan enough time to actually notice.

Who this is for

  • Homes that want a better standard of everyday clean
  • First-time customers who want to see the difference before choosing recurring service
  • Guests coming, seasons changing, or life simply got busy
  • Apartments, townhomes, condos and houses

A standard clean, held to a higher standard

Most people know what a rushed clean looks like: streaks left behind, dust moved around instead of removed, and that feeling that something was skipped. We built this company around the opposite idea. A standard house cleaning should reset your home and leave the details you would notice if you looked closely — because we looked first.

That means a real kitchen detail, not a wipe-over. Bathrooms that actually gleam when the light hits the glass. Floors that are mopped to the edge, not around it.

How a visit works

We start with your estimate and a quick conversation about your home’s condition. On cleaning day, we work room by room and finish with a walkthrough of our own checklist. When scheduling allows, you’ll get an arrival window rather than a guess — the first appointment of the day can be an exact time.

If anything within the agreed scope doesn’t meet your expectations, tell us promptly and we’ll work quickly to make it right.

When a standard clean is the right choice

A standard clean fits a home that is generally maintained and wants consistent attention. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a while — or ever — the first visit may take more time, and the estimate will reflect that honestly instead of promising a price the home can’t support.

If you’re unsure which service you need, run the estimate: it asks a few quick questions and tells you plainly, including when a deep clean or an initial detailed visit makes more sense.

Honest boundaries

What this service doesn't cover

Being clear up front prevents surprises. Some of these are easy add-ons; others are services we don't offer and will tell you so directly.

  • Inside ovens, refrigerators or cabinets (available as easy add-ons)
  • Deep detail work like hand-wiping every baseboard (that is deep cleaning)
  • Carpet or upholstery shampooing, pressure washing and similar specialty equipment work
  • Hazardous materials, biohazards and severe conditions (see our FAQ on what we do not take on)

Prefer to ask first?

If you're unsure whether your situation fits, describe it in the estimate or send a message — there's no judgment in the question.

Common questions

House Cleaning questions

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning covers the full everyday scope: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and a final walkthrough. Deep cleaning adds the detail work most cleans skip — baseboards wiped by hand, doors and frames detailed, wall spot-cleaning where finishes allow, blinds and sills, and extra attention to buildup throughout. If your home has been waiting a while, the estimate will tell you honestly which one your home is asking for.

Does my first recurring clean cost more?

Often, yes — honestly. A home that hasn't had professional cleaning recently takes more time on the first visit, and the estimate reflects that instead of pretending otherwise. After the first visit, the home settles into its rhythm and recurring visits settle into their per-visit value. If the estimate sees signs the home needs an initial detailed clean, it will flag that before you request.

How does the instant estimate work?

The online estimate asks a few questions about your home — service type, size, bathrooms, condition, frequency and location — and shows an estimated range. It's built on real labor-hour math, not a guess dressed up as precision. Final scope, condition, access and unusual circumstances can affect the final confirmed price, so every request is reviewed personally before it's confirmed.

When do I pay?

For residential cleaning, payment is due after the cleaning is complete — you see the result before you pay. For commercial and recurring arrangements we agree on the billing rhythm during the walkthrough or setup so it fits how your business operates.

Are you comfortable with pets in the home?

Yes — dogs and cats are normal, and multiple shedding animals are something we plan around. Tell us about your pets in your notes so we can schedule the right amount of time and attention, especially for pet hair embedded in floors and upholstery (there's even a pet-hair intensive add-on for homes that need it).

Can I request specific cleaning products?

Yes. We normally bring our own professional supplies, and we can accommodate many customer-supplied or lower-toxicity cleaning preferences — just let us know in your notes. We won't make blanket claims like "chemical-free" or "all-natural," because honesty matters more than a marketing line, but we'll tell you exactly what we can and can't do for your preferences.
