Estimates & scheduling
How does the instant estimate work?
The online estimate asks a few questions about your home — service type, size, bathrooms, condition, frequency and location — and shows an estimated range. It's built on real labor-hour math, not a guess dressed up as precision. Final scope, condition, access and unusual circumstances can affect the final confirmed price, so every request is reviewed personally before it's confirmed.
Does the estimate book my cleaning?
No. Submitting an estimate or request does not confirm an appointment. The flow is estimate → request → owner review → confirmation. The owner reviews your request, confirms the date, scope and final price, and only then is your cleaning booked. We'd rather be clear about that than call a request a "confirmed booking."
Will you tell me exactly what time you'll arrive?
The first appointment of the day can be scheduled for an exact arrival time. Later jobs use an arrival window, because a home takes as long as it takes and we won't rush one customer's house to hit an artificial clock on the next. If something shifts your window, you'll hear from us.
How do you handle keys, lockboxes and alarm codes?
If you choose to leave access for your cleaning, we treat that information as confidential. Codes and access details are kept only as long as needed, never used outside booked work, and removed when they're no longer current. Many customers prefer to be home or to use a single-use entry method, and that's completely fine. The full policy lives in our property access document shared with recurring customers.
Pricing
Is there a minimum job price?
Yes — small jobs carry a minimum visit value so that a trip, supplies and time make sense for a professional clean. The minimum is built into every estimate automatically; you don't need to calculate anything. If you're curious how it applies to your situation, the estimate will show you before you request anything.
Why is the estimate a range instead of one exact price?
Because a home's real scope isn't fully visible until we're there — condition, buildup, access and unusual requests all change the honest amount of work. The range reflects that reality, and it's why we never present an "instant guaranteed price." Your final price is confirmed personally by the owner before the work begins, and it will never surprise you after the fact.
Payments
When do I pay?
For residential cleaning, payment is due after the cleaning is complete — you see the result before you pay. For commercial and recurring arrangements we agree on the billing rhythm during the walkthrough or setup so it fits how your business operates.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH bank transfer are the primary methods. Cash, check, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle and PayPal are also accepted. The payment processor setup is still being finalized, so ask if you have a specific preference and we'll tell you exactly what's available.
Policies
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice so the time can be offered to someone else. Cancellations with 24 or more hours' notice normally carry no fee. Inside 24 hours — or for same-day cancellations, no-access and lockouts — a partial fee may apply; the exact policy is confirmed with your booking before anything is agreed, and any fee is always discussed openly with you. The founder may exercise reasonable discretion for established clients and genuine emergencies.
What if something within the agreed scope was missed?
Contact us promptly after the cleaning and we will work quickly to make it right. That's the policy, and it's real — this business is built on customers who felt the difference. It doesn't extend to unlimited liability or to items outside the agreed scope, but if we missed something we said we'd do, fixing it is our job.
What if my home's condition is different from what I described?
It happens, and it's handled fairly. If the condition is materially different from the estimate, we may discuss a revised price, adjust the scope to fit the booked amount, or — for larger surprises — pause and schedule a custom quote. Whatever the outcome, it's discussed with you respectfully before work continues. There's no accusation and no surprise bill.
Recurring cleaning
Does my first recurring clean cost more?
Often, yes — honestly. A home that hasn't had professional cleaning recently takes more time on the first visit, and the estimate reflects that instead of pretending otherwise. After the first visit, the home settles into its rhythm and recurring visits settle into their per-visit value. If the estimate sees signs the home needs an initial detailed clean, it will flag that before you request.
Weekly, biweekly or monthly — which should I choose?
Weekly keeps a busy home the most consistent and gets the best per-visit value. Biweekly is the most common rhythm for family homes and a great balance. Monthly suits lighter homes and smaller spaces. If you're not sure, start with the estimate: it shows the difference for your home, and you can always adjust frequency later through a quick conversation.
Deep cleaning
What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers the full everyday scope: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and a final walkthrough. Deep cleaning adds the detail work most cleans skip — baseboards wiped by hand, doors and frames detailed, wall spot-cleaning where finishes allow, blinds and sills, and extra attention to buildup throughout. If your home has been waiting a while, the estimate will tell you honestly which one your home is asking for.
What's included in a deep clean?
A deep clean includes the entire standard cleaning scope plus detail work: baseboards hand-wiped rather than dry-dusted, doors and door frames detailed, wall spot-cleaning where the finish allows, damp dusting where appropriate, blinds and window sills, more detailed cabinet fronts, and closer attention to visible soil and buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. Inside the oven, refrigerator and cabinets are available as add-ons, and some specialty services are quoted case by case.
Move-in / move-out
Who usually books move-out cleaning?
Renters preparing for a walkthrough, landlords and property managers turning units, homeowners preparing to sell or close, buyers who want the home clean before moving in, realtors coordinating a listing, and military households on relocation timelines. If you're not sure whether your situation calls for a standard, deep or move-out scope, describe the home in the estimate and it will point you in the right direction.
How far ahead should I schedule a move-out clean?
As early as you can — move-out dates are deadlines, and holding your date early is the best way to make sure it's covered. Submit your request with your preferred date and arrival window, and the owner will confirm the specifics personally. If your closing or walkthrough date moves, tell us as soon as you know and we'll do everything reasonable to shift with you.
Short-term rentals
What does a rental turnover include?
Cleaning of every room to a guest-ready standard, bed reset with fresh linens, towel reset and placement, onsite laundry as the default, bathroom and kitchen reset to your listing standard, a consumable inventory check against your list, a visual property check, and completion documentation. Hosts normally supply linens, toiletries, paper goods and consumables — restocking arrangements can be added as a separate agreement.
Do you do laundry on site or off site?
Onsite laundry is the standard for turnovers — it's included in the normal scope. Offsite laundry is available as a premium arrangement when timing, volume or your property's setup makes it the better choice; it's custom-priced so it stays honest rather than hidden in the base rate. Same-day turnovers are planned around check-out and check-in times you tell us.
Can you restock consumables and supplies for my rental?
A restocking arrangement can be set up as its own agreement with a service charge, so it's a real, sustainable service rather than a free concierge. Many hosts prefer to keep supplying their own items and have us check and report levels — that's fully supported too. We'll agree the arrangement that fits your workflow before it starts.
Will I get photos or proof after a turnover?
Turnover workflows are designed to support completion checklists, turnaround photos and issue reports when your process needs them — many hosts want proof between guests. This is strongest for short-term rentals; standard residential cleanings don't automatically include a photo album, though completion confirmation is always available. Tell us what your workflow needs and we'll build it into the arrangement.
Commercial & churches
How does commercial quoting work?
Commercial cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough or a detailed scope review — never instantly. You send a walkthrough request with your facility details, we schedule a time to see the space, and you receive a clear scope and quote built around your operating hours and needs. It takes a little more time than a residential estimate, and it's the only honest way to quote a facility.
Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes — commercial work can be scheduled for daytime, evening, early morning or overnight depending on your facility and what your space needs. Many offices prefer before-opening cleaning, salons often want after-close, and churches usually prefer weekday windows between services. Your schedule is part of the scope discussion.
What does church cleaning cover?
Sanctuary seating, floors, rails and high-touch surfaces; fellowship halls; restrooms cleaned and restocked against your supply list; nurseries and children's areas; classrooms, offices and corridors; entryways and glass doors; floor care by surface; and seasonal detail work before large services and events. Every church building is different, so the scope is set during a walkthrough rather than assumed.
Service area
What areas do you serve?
We serve Pensacola, Cantonment and surrounding communities, with select nearby service into Alabama. The estimate checks your ZIP code as you enter it — if your location needs a personal confirmation before an instant estimate, it will tell you honestly instead of guessing.
Do you travel into Alabama?
Select nearby Alabama communities are served case by case. Because travel time and distance matter, those jobs go through a personal confirmation instead of an instant estimate — send a request and we'll tell you honestly whether we can serve you and what it would involve.
Pets
Are you comfortable with pets in the home?
Yes — dogs and cats are normal, and multiple shedding animals are something we plan around. Tell us about your pets in your notes so we can schedule the right amount of time and attention, especially for pet hair embedded in floors and upholstery (there's even a pet-hair intensive add-on for homes that need it).
What about an aggressive pet?
If a pet creates a safety risk or won't allow us to clean properly, we'll ask you to secure them during the visit — a closed room, a crate or a visit to a friend's house all work. It's not about fear; it's about keeping your pet, you and your cleaner safe so the cleaning can actually happen. We'll always tell you if it becomes an issue instead of quietly working around it.
Products & preferences
Can I request specific cleaning products?
Yes. We normally bring our own professional supplies, and we can accommodate many customer-supplied or lower-toxicity cleaning preferences — just let us know in your notes. We won't make blanket claims like "chemical-free" or "all-natural," because honesty matters more than a marketing line, but we'll tell you exactly what we can and can't do for your preferences.
What we don’t take on
Is there anything you don't clean?
Yes, and we're upfront about it. Post-construction cleaning is not a service we offer. We also don't take on specialist or hazardous situations — human waste or biohazard cleanup, severe animal waste, needles or sharps, crime scenes, severe hoarding, mold remediation, serious infestations including bedbugs, hazardous chemical remediation, fire restoration, or work at unsafe heights. These require specialist certification, equipment and insurance that we don't hold, and recommending a specialist is the honest answer. If you're unsure whether your situation fits, just ask — there's no judgment in the question.
