Deep cleaning

Deep Cleaning in Pensacola & Cantonment

This is the clean for the home that has been waiting. Slower, more detailed, and honest about what a deep clean can and cannot change.

Who this is for

  • Homes that have not had professional cleaning in a long time
  • Spring cleaning, big events, or a fresh start after a season of chaos
  • Homes being prepared for guests, family gatherings or a new chapter
  • Anyone who wants to see what "detailed" actually means before choosing recurring service

What “deep” really means here

Deep cleaning is not standard cleaning done faster or slower — it’s a different scope. The visible surfaces still get cleaned, but the time goes into what most cleans skip: baseboards wiped by hand so the dust is actually removed, doors and frames detailed, switch plates and edges cleaned, walls spot-treated where the finish allows.

It’s also the service where the founder’s detail philosophy matters most. A deep clean is the difference between a room that looks clean from the doorway and a room that holds up when you look closer.

Careful where it counts

Walls, paint and finishes require judgment, and we use it: the right product for the right surface, damp dusting where dry dusting would just move dirt around, and a careful approach around anything delicate. We never promise that every stain will disappear — some marks belong to the finish, not the dirt — but we will tell you honestly what we expect before we start.

Deep cleaning and the reset

A deep clean works as a one-time reset, or as the occasional seasonal visit for recurring customers who want to catch the details that regular maintenance doesn’t cover. If your home has been neglected for a while, the estimate will tell you when a deep clean — or an initial detailed clean before recurring service — is the honest recommendation.

Honest boundaries

What this service doesn't cover

Being clear up front prevents surprises. Some of these are easy add-ons; others are services we don't offer and will tell you so directly.

  • Stain removal on every surface (we care for finishes first and never promise a perfect result on every mark)
  • Restoration or repair work of any kind
  • Specialty equipment services like carpet shampooing (quoted case by case)
  • Hazardous or severe conditions — see our FAQ on what we do not take on

Common questions

Deep Cleaning questions

What's the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

Standard cleaning covers the full everyday scope: kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, beds and a final walkthrough. Deep cleaning adds the detail work most cleans skip — baseboards wiped by hand, doors and frames detailed, wall spot-cleaning where finishes allow, blinds and sills, and extra attention to buildup throughout. If your home has been waiting a while, the estimate will tell you honestly which one your home is asking for.

Is there anything you don't clean?

Yes, and we're upfront about it. Post-construction cleaning is not a service we offer. We also don't take on specialist or hazardous situations — human waste or biohazard cleanup, severe animal waste, needles or sharps, crime scenes, severe hoarding, mold remediation, serious infestations including bedbugs, hazardous chemical remediation, fire restoration, or work at unsafe heights. These require specialist certification, equipment and insurance that we don't hold, and recommending a specialist is the honest answer. If you're unsure whether your situation fits, just ask — there's no judgment in the question.

How does the instant estimate work?

The online estimate asks a few questions about your home — service type, size, bathrooms, condition, frequency and location — and shows an estimated range. It's built on real labor-hour math, not a guess dressed up as precision. Final scope, condition, access and unusual circumstances can affect the final confirmed price, so every request is reviewed personally before it's confirmed.

Can I request specific cleaning products?

Yes. We normally bring our own professional supplies, and we can accommodate many customer-supplied or lower-toxicity cleaning preferences — just let us know in your notes. We won't make blanket claims like "chemical-free" or "all-natural," because honesty matters more than a marketing line, but we'll tell you exactly what we can and can't do for your preferences.

What's included in a deep clean?

A deep clean includes the entire standard cleaning scope plus detail work: baseboards hand-wiped rather than dry-dusted, doors and door frames detailed, wall spot-cleaning where the finish allows, damp dusting where appropriate, blinds and window sills, more detailed cabinet fronts, and closer attention to visible soil and buildup in kitchens and bathrooms. Inside the oven, refrigerator and cabinets are available as add-ons, and some specialty services are quoted case by case.
