We use your form details only to respond to your request.
Analytics are off until you explicitly allow them — and we never run ads or sell data.
We never send your name, phone, email, address, ZIP, photos or form contents to analytics.

What this website collects

Information you send us

When you submit an estimate, message, commercial walkthrough request or turnover request, we receive what you typed — typically your name, phone, email and details about the property or request. This information is used to respond to you, prepare your estimate and provide services. It is not used for analytics, advertising or sold to anyone.

Campaign attribution

So we can understand which marketing actually works, incoming links may carry campaign parameters (for example utm_source). When you submit a request, those parameters, the page you landed on and the site that referred you are included with your request. Attribution values never contain your personal information and are never sent to analytics services.

Data stored in your browser

This site stores a small amount of information locally on your device:

Your analytics choice (local storage) — so the banner doesn't ask every visit.
Estimate progress (local storage) — so an accidental refresh doesn't lose your answers. Contact details are never stored in the draft.
Attribution touchpoints (local storage) — campaign parameters and the landing page, kept to attach to a future request.
A single-use submission receipt (session storage) — cleared when used, so a confirmed request can be counted once, only with your consent.

You can clear all of this at any time through your browser settings.

Analytics — only with your permission

No analytics services are currently configured or loaded on this site. If analytics are enabled in the future, they will follow the same rules below: nothing loads until you explicitly allow it, and no personal information is ever sent.

Advertising: this site runs no advertising and grants no advertising consent. If you refuse analytics, nothing is collected — and if you allow it later, events from before your permission are never replayed.

Change your mind anytime: clear this site's data in your browser (or contact us) and the consent prompt returns. Withdrawal stops further collection immediately.

Forms and spam protection

Submissions are protected by a hidden-field check and a minimum completion-time check. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile may also be used to verify that a submission is human. Your form details are delivered to the business through the configured form service and are used only to respond to you.

Service photos and proof

Work photos may be taken for quality and completion purposes. Photos of your property are used publicly only with your permission. Photos are never taken or shared of identifying documents, security details, family information or personal items. See the photo standards in our operations documentation.

Payments

The payment processor is still being finalized. When payments are processed online, they will be handled by the processor directly — this website never stores card numbers.

Your choices and contact

Ask us what information we hold about you and request correction or deletion.
Withdraw analytics consent at any time.
Ask us to stop contacting you about services.
