Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning in Pensacola & Cantonment

When the home is empty, everything shows. We clean the places that decide whether a walkthrough goes smoothly.

Who this is for

  • Renters preparing for a move-out walkthrough
  • Landlords and property managers turning a unit between tenants
  • Homeowners preparing a house for listing or closing
  • Buyers who want the home genuinely clean before belongings arrive
  • Military households on a tight relocation timeline

Built around the walkthrough

A move-out clean is judged by whoever walks the empty home next: a landlord, a property manager, a buyer, a realtor with a clipboard. That’s why this service is scoped from the inside out — cabinets emptied and wiped, appliances cleaned inside, the corners and edges that only matter when there is no furniture left to hide them.

The estimate asks about condition honestly. If a home needs more than a standard move-out scope, we’ll say so before you book rather than during the walkthrough.

Timing that respects your deadline

Move-outs run on deadlines. Requests are reviewed personally by the owner, and confirmed dates and arrival times are set together so you know exactly when your home will be cleaned. Send the request as early as you can — the sooner we can hold your date, the less stress on moving day.

Clear scope, no surprises

Your estimate range is followed by a personal confirmation of final scope and price. If anything about the home’s condition changes between the estimate and the visit — or the estimate couldn’t see everything — we’ll talk it through and agree on the right plan before any work starts. If photos help (a few angles of the kitchen and bathrooms are often enough), you’ll have a way to share them with your request.

What this service doesn't cover

Being clear up front prevents surprises. Some of these are easy add-ons; others are services we don't offer and will tell you so directly.

  • Repair, painting or maintenance of any kind
  • Carpet shampooing (quoted case by case)
  • Trash hauling beyond normal household leftovers
  • Severe conditions, biohazards or restoration work — see our exclusions FAQ

Common questions

Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning questions

Is there anything you don't clean?

Yes, and we're upfront about it. Post-construction cleaning is not a service we offer. We also don't take on specialist or hazardous situations — human waste or biohazard cleanup, severe animal waste, needles or sharps, crime scenes, severe hoarding, mold remediation, serious infestations including bedbugs, hazardous chemical remediation, fire restoration, or work at unsafe heights. These require specialist certification, equipment and insurance that we don't hold, and recommending a specialist is the honest answer. If you're unsure whether your situation fits, just ask — there's no judgment in the question.

How does the instant estimate work?

The online estimate asks a few questions about your home — service type, size, bathrooms, condition, frequency and location — and shows an estimated range. It's built on real labor-hour math, not a guess dressed up as precision. Final scope, condition, access and unusual circumstances can affect the final confirmed price, so every request is reviewed personally before it's confirmed.

Who usually books move-out cleaning?

Renters preparing for a walkthrough, landlords and property managers turning units, homeowners preparing to sell or close, buyers who want the home clean before moving in, realtors coordinating a listing, and military households on relocation timelines. If you're not sure whether your situation calls for a standard, deep or move-out scope, describe the home in the estimate and it will point you in the right direction.

When do I pay?

For residential cleaning, payment is due after the cleaning is complete — you see the result before you pay. For commercial and recurring arrangements we agree on the billing rhythm during the walkthrough or setup so it fits how your business operates.

How far ahead should I schedule a move-out clean?

As early as you can — move-out dates are deadlines, and holding your date early is the best way to make sure it's covered. Submit your request with your preferred date and arrival window, and the owner will confirm the specifics personally. If your closing or walkthrough date moves, tell us as soon as you know and we'll do everything reasonable to shift with you.
